UsWise is a private relationship conversation application designed to help two people discuss important topics, compare perspectives, and understand each other better.

Your privacy is an important part of the UsWise experience.

1. Information You Provide

While using UsWise, you may choose to provide information such as:

• Optional participant names
• Relationship context
• Selected conversation topics
• Answers to questions
• Custom questions
• Preferences and priorities
• Dealbreakers
• Session progress and history
• App settings

Some questions may involve sensitive relationship topics such as family, marriage, children, finances, beliefs, lifestyle, career, intimacy, relocation, responsibilities, and future plans.

You are not required to answer every question.

2. Private Answers

UsWise is designed for shared-device conversations.

Each participant answers privately. The other participant should not see that answer until both participants have completed their answers and the app reaches the reveal stage.

UsWise does not intentionally use your private relationship answers for advertising or marketing profiling.

3. Local and Offline Storage

UsWise is designed as an offline-first application.

Relationship answers, session information, preferences, and related content may be stored locally on your device.

Unless a feature explicitly states otherwise, private relationship answers are not intended to be uploaded to a public profile or shared with other UsWise users.

If cloud backup, synchronization, accounts, or other online features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated where required.

4. Information Collected Automatically

UsWise may process limited technical information necessary to operate and improve the application, such as:

• App version
• Device type
• Operating system version
• Crash information
• Technical diagnostics
• Subscription status

We aim to minimize the amount of technical data collected.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase UsWise Premium or another paid feature through the Apple App Store, Apple may process information related to:

• Your Apple ID
• Purchase history
• Payment method
• Subscription status
• Renewal and cancellation

UsWise does not directly receive your full credit-card or payment details.

A subscription-management provider may also process transaction identifiers, product information, and subscription status when required to operate subscription features.

6. Sensitive Relationship Information

UsWise may contain questions involving topics such as:

• Family expectations
• Children
• Money
• Career
• Religion or personal beliefs
• Lifestyle
• Responsibilities
• Relocation
• Intimacy

Participation is voluntary.

You should only use UsWise with someone you trust and in circumstances where both participants freely agree to participate.

7. No Dating or Matchmaking Profiles

UsWise is not intended to operate as a dating marketplace or matchmaking service.

UsWise does not use your private answers to create a publicly searchable dating profile or automatically find romantic partners for you.

8. Relationship Results

UsWise may organize conversation results into descriptive categories such as:

• Shared Ground
• Worth Discussing
• Important Differences
• Not Yet Discussed
• Explicit Dealbreakers

These results are intended to support conversation.

UsWise does not provide a guaranteed compatibility score and does not determine whether you should marry, date, remain in, or leave a relationship.

9. How We Use Information

Information processed by UsWise may be used to:

• Provide app functionality
• Save your sessions and preferences
• Display conversation results
• Maintain subscription access
• Diagnose technical problems
• Improve application reliability
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell private relationship answers to advertisers.

10. Data Sharing

We do not intentionally share private relationship answers with third parties for advertising purposes.

Limited information may be processed by service providers required to operate features such as:

• Apple App Store purchases
• Subscription management
• Crash reporting
• Technical infrastructure

These providers operate according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored UsWise information may remain on your device until you:

• Delete an individual session
• Delete application data through available settings
• Uninstall UsWise
• Reset or erase your device

Purchase records may remain with Apple or other payment providers according to their legal and business requirements.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards intended to protect information stored by UsWise.

However, no mobile application, storage system, device, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to the device on which you use UsWise.

13. Children's Privacy

UsWise is intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

We do not knowingly design UsWise for children under 18.

14. Your Choices

You may choose to:

• Skip optional questions
• Avoid sensitive topics
• Stop a conversation session
• Delete sessions
• Delete locally stored app data
• Uninstall UsWise

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when UsWise changes, new functionality is introduced, or legal requirements change.
