These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the UsWise mobile application.

By downloading, accessing, or using UsWise, you agree to these Terms.

1. About UsWise

UsWise is a relationship conversation application designed to help two people have meaningful discussions about important relationship and life topics.

UsWise may provide:

• Conversation questions
• Relationship exercises
• Private answer-and-reveal sessions
• Discussion prompts
• Conversation games
• Relationship maps
• Custom questions
• Topic summaries
• Discussion priorities

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use UsWise.

3. Voluntary Participation

Both participants should voluntarily agree to participate in a UsWise conversation.

You must not use UsWise to:

• Pressure someone into answering
• Secretly access another participant's answer
• Harass another person
• Threaten another participant
• Circumvent privacy protections
• Obtain information without consent
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

Either participant may stop a session at any time.

4. Not Professional Advice

UsWise provides conversation and educational tools.

UsWise is not a substitute for:

• Couples therapy
• Relationship counseling
• Mental-health treatment
• Medical advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Religious counseling

If you require professional assistance, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

5. No Relationship or Compatibility Guarantee

UsWise does not determine whether two people are suitable for each other.

Any result showing common ground, differences, priorities, or discussion topics is provided to encourage conversation.

UsWise does not guarantee:

• Relationship compatibility
• A successful marriage
• A successful relationship
• Relationship longevity
• Accuracy of another participant's answers

You remain responsible for your own decisions.

6. Important Life Decisions

Do not rely solely on UsWise when making significant decisions involving:

• Marriage
• Engagement
• Separation
• Finances
• Children
• Family
• Career
• Relocation
• Health
• Personal safety
• Other major life decisions

UsWise should be treated as a conversation tool rather than a decision-making authority.

7. User Content

You may enter answers, custom questions, names, notes, or other information into UsWise.

You are responsible for the content you provide.

You must not use UsWise to enter or distribute content that is:

• Illegal
• Threatening
• Abusive
• Fraudulent
• Harassing
• Infringing
• Designed to harm another person

8. Privacy

Your use of UsWise is also governed by the UsWise Privacy Policy.

Because UsWise may be used on a shared device, participants should respect each other's privacy and avoid accessing another person's private answer before the intended reveal stage.

9. Paid Features

UsWise may provide free and paid functionality.

Paid functionality may include:

• Premium question packs
• Additional conversation modules
• Advanced relationship maps
• Games
• Premium features
• Subscription access

The features available under each plan may change over time.

10. App Store Payments

Purchases made through the iOS application are processed by Apple.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account according to the terms displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.

UsWise does not directly process your Apple payment-card information.

11. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, your subscription will continue until cancelled.

Renewal charges are handled by Apple according to the subscription terms shown when you subscribe.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through:

iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → UsWise

Deleting UsWise does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

12. Free Trials

If UsWise provides a free trial, your subscription may automatically renew into a paid subscription after the trial period unless cancelled according to the terms presented by Apple.

13. Restore Purchases

Eligible purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases option inside UsWise.

You should use the same Apple ID originally used to make the purchase.

14. Refunds

Payments are processed through Apple.

Refund requests and refund eligibility are generally governed by Apple's App Store policies.

15. Intellectual Property

UsWise and its original content may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

This may include:

• App design
• Branding
• Logo
• Software
• Original questions
• Conversation exercises
• Games
• Written content
• Graphics
• Research summaries

You may use UsWise for personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, commercially exploit, or copy protected UsWise materials except where permitted by law.

16. Availability

We may:

• Add features
• Remove features
• Change questions
• Update subscription offerings
• Modify the app
• Correct errors
• Discontinue certain functionality

We do not guarantee that every UsWise feature will remain available permanently.

17. Disclaimer

UsWise is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• UsWise will always operate without interruption
• All content will be error-free
• Every question will be appropriate for every relationship
• Every participant will answer honestly

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UsWise and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from your use of the application.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
